RHS MONSTER BOOKMARK

They're in the closet... They're under your bed… Creepy crawlers both purple and red! This October, they'll make a dash for the RHS Virtual Halloween Monster Mash!

To start things off, and get you hatters in the ghoulish mood, we decided to create a MONSTER bookmark.  A cute and crafty idea for all you one eyed, one horn, flying purple people eaters that like to read a scary book every now and then.

It is simple, easy and fun to make!

Materials:
Paper - 3 or 4 different colors
Scissors
Ruler
Glue

1. Draw three squares 2 1/2" - 3" each, to form an "L" shape.  Draw a diagonal line through the two squares on the end.  Cut the lines so that there is a square and two triangles on the sides.

3. With a different color paper cut a square and glue it on the inside of the bookmark.  Fold the outside triangles in so that the whole bookmark becomes a square. Glue the last flap together and add another colored triangle to the top.
4.  Draw and cut out monster teeth.  Glue, to the inside of the mouth, add eyes and a touch of bling!

5.  RHS Monster bookmark is ready to be used.
